Exceptions are noted at checkout. 3. Save on services.
4. In-Store Discount. Realize the same PittGlobal-Office Depot discounts for in-store shopping by registering your credit card from the PG-OD site. Use that card in the store to get the lower of the store price or the PittGlobal price. There is no charge or surcharge for this service. After applying for the in-store discount, some manual processing takes place; so it is one or two business days before your card is recognized automatically at checkout. 5. Statement billing is available. Please contact PittGlobal by email or call 1-888-PITT-USA. 6. Future Orders. You can store shopping lists and orders, and place saved orders at a later date. Checkout even offers the option of deferring delivery for up to three weeks. 7. Product Warranties, Returns, and Exchanges: Office Depot permits returns and exchanges of merchandise within the first 30 days following purchase. For online purchases, please call Customer Service to arrange free pick-up of the item in question. For an item purchased in an Office Depot, please make the desired return or exchange at an Office Depot store. Following the 30-day period, returns and exchange issues are handled directly by the product manufacturer. |

Sales Tax-Exempt Purchases: Educators, clergy, and others with a sales tax exemption should contact PittGlobal for assistance in establishing a tax-exempt account. You will have to verify your tax-exempt status by providing a copy of your current state sales tax-exemption certificate. A client may have multiple PG-OD accounts to help separate personal, business, and nonprofit purchases. 10. Usage Guide. For the most part, the PG-OD site behaves as expected.
